Asus P67 Series Information Thread (drivers, BIOSes, overclocking, reviews)
Cold boot issue thread (see post #6 for fix)
1) Update Asus P8P67 PRO motherboard to latest BIOS (BIOS version 1053 Beta as of 2011-0117)
2) Clear your CMOS manually using the dip switch on your motherboard:
Power down your system and disconnect the power cable.
Switch the CLRTC dip switch pins from Pins 1-2 to Pins 2-3 for 5 seconds or so, then switch it back to Pins 1-2.
3) Boot your system into BIOS and select XMS Profile 1 and then save the settings.
This set my system to 6-8-6-24 1T @ DDR3-1600 1.65V
The 6-8-6-24, DDR3-1600, and 1.65V settings are switched to manual settings when you select the XMS Profile 1
The 1T setting is shown as AUTO in the BIOS when selecting XMS Profile 1.
Use memtest86+ v4.20b (beta) from here to test your Sandy Bridge motherboard RAM.
I found the fix for the booting issue where the system would cold boot and then the MemOK LED would light up and the system screen would not display from posting #6 here
